Afternoon plenary | What does leadership for sustainable healthcare mean?

This session looks at the opportunities and challenges for sustainable healthcare. In this age of transformation and rapid changes, it needs more than a business-as-usual approach to be ready to face the challenges and opportunities of the future.

You will hear from leaders in the sustainable healthcare eld speaking about their concepts and plans to create systemic change. They will discuss their mission and their involvement with staff, board and/or customers to achieve their vision, and will reflect both on failures and successes and draw learnings from their work.
